**Booking and Cancellation Policies:**

- These policies are for all services
1. Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied to your total service cost.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 20% of the total service cost. No Call-No Show fee will result in 100% of the total amount, you will not be allowed to book again for 1 year. Disputing these charges may result in legal action, you will be responsible for reimbursing all legal fees paid by Luxury Beauty Pro.
3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. One-time rescheduling under 24hrs is allowed without any additional fee. Rescheduling fee is 25% of the total cost anytime after.
Note:
Service Provider Cancellations: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible, and your booking fee will be fully refunded and a 25% discount coupon(coupon expires after 1 year). If I have rescheduled in an untimely notice (48hrs) you will get 100% off on your rescheduled reservation in addition to the 25% off discount. I believe in honest business!
**Service Policies:**
4. Arriving Late: Please arrive on time(I give a 15 minute grace period because I’m not always on time for things, so I totally understand) and be seated in the makeup chair. If you are more than 15 minutes late or not seated, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, 50%-100% of the total will be charged(if you communicate with me the late fee of $20 may be waived), and or automatically canceled (Communicate with me and I will work with you, things happen, just talk to me. The worst I can and will say is “I can’t run into another client’s oasis time”.) and a rescheduling fee may apply(I may waive this fee, just by you communicating, I’m very fair and understanding, I make mistakes too).
5. Clean Face Requirement: Please arrive with a clean face, free of any makeup. This ensures the best results.
6. Allergies: Inform the makeup artist of any allergies or sensitivities to products before the appointment. Otherwise your appointment may result in aa non-refundable cancellation.
**Payment Policies:**
7. Payment Methods: Acceptable payment method is made through electronic payments only. No cash… Remaining balance will be charged to your card on file before any service is provided once you have arrived and are seated. In addition to, if any late fees apply.
8. Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at the time of service before service begins if you’ve booked a house call.
9. Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
**Health and Safety Policies:**
10. Sanitization: All tools and products are sanitized before and after each client to ensure hygiene and safety.
11. Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to prevent spreading illness to avoid the risk of appointment being forced into cancellation or rescheduling.
**Photography and Social Media Policies:**
12. Photography Consent: By booking, you consent to have your service(s) photographed and potentially used for the artist's portfolio and social media.
13. Tagging: Clients are encouraged to tag the makeup artist on social media posts featuring their work. For every visit and repost per , in addition to tagging Luxury beauty pro per visit you will receive 10% off your next visit. Book with Luxury beauty pro 10 times and receive a free mix & match “A touch of Luxury Service ( Pick two services for FREE: Lashes, Nails, or Makeup)
**Intoxication Policy**
Purpose: To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff, and to maintain a professional and respectful environment.
**Policy Statement:**
1. Luxury Beauty Pro strictly prohibits providing services to clients who are intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair their ability to make decisions or behave appropriately.
- If a client is suspected to be intoxicated, they will be asked to leave.
2. Denial of Service:
- If it is determined that a client is intoxicated, services will be respectfully declined. Cancellation fees will apply, service is nonrefundable.
- The client will be informed of the policy and the reasons for the denial.
3. Safety Protocol:
- If a client is deemed to be intoxicated and unable to safely leave the premises, staff will assist in arranging transportation (e.g., contacting a friend, family member, or ride-share service(Ride-share service fee will be added to the cancellation fee).
- Under no circumstances will an intoxicated client be allowed to operate a vehicle.
4. Rebooking:
- Clients who are denied service due to intoxication may reschedule their appointment for a future date when they are sober. Except in a case where the client is deemed to have been volatile.
